Once you have completed your purchase, please follow our instructions to collect your pass (these will also be emailed to you).
1. Visit the Faculty of Arts and Design student desk located in the Student Centre during FAD’s scheduled drop-in times.
2. Take a ticket from machine, after selecting Course Advice, Faculty of Arts and Design
3. Attend the Faculty of Arts and Design desk, we will check our records for proof of purchase and then you will receive your UC Cultural Pass sticker on your UC Student ID card
4. Visit one of the 8 institutions and show your student ID with the UC Cultural Pass sticker to reap the benefits
The Faculty of Arts and Design scheduled drop-in times are Monday-Wednesday 10:00am – 12:00pm (excluding public holidays).
By purchasing the UC Cultural Pass, you agree and understand the following:
1. Collection of your UC Cultural Pass sticker from the Faculty of Arts and Design desk in the Student Centre is required to activate and finalise your Cultural Pass.
2. Your personal information will be used to provide you with monthly newsletters and other communication regarding upcoming events, exhibitions and offers regarding the UC Cultural Pass.
3. You consent to the University sharing your full name, phone number and email address with the National Gallery to finalise your access to their Cultural Pass benefits. Your data will be managed in accordance with the National Gallery’s Privacy Policy which is available on their website.
4. Your membership will expire 31 December 2024.
5. You consent to the University providing your personal information to the institutions to allow institutions to contact you regarding direct membership opportunities after the expiry of your UC Cultural Pass. Your personal information will be managed in accordance with that institution’s privacy policy.
